The lesson deals with the way to monitor the performances of a wind farm, focusing on the main components and the possible problems of this technique.
The main objectives of this lesson are: To give a hint of the O&M organization and the relevant costs; To mention which are the components of a WTG, the main problems they could suffer and the technique to investigate them; To get an idea of how to calculate them and which tools are necessary; To understand what parameters are necessary to keep under control the performances of a wind farm.
