The Global Energy Framework
The lecture is on the global energy framework and it will expose the main trends of the different energy sources.It fouses on the energy trends in Reference Scenario, it means a scenario in which no one political measure is adopted by oil importing countries to support energy saving and efficiency in end use, as well to diversify energy mix and promote RES exploitation. This lesson will deal with the trends of energy consumption assumed in a Alternative Scenario, built up by the experts of WORL ENERGY OUTLOOK 2006.

Obiettivo formativo: The course is composed of two modules: the fist on the ENERGY FRAMEWORK2, the second on ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT2. The fist one is focused on Investments in the Alternative Scenario, aimed to diversifying the energy mix, to improve and to raise energy production from RES, the spare capacity in oil production processes and infrastractures for transport, on modelling theory to measure the impact of oil shock on the economic system, on some aspects of the externalities evaluation of fossil fuels production, on applications of GIS and LCA. Alternative Scenario include policy measures adopted by governments to face oil and energy supply crisis.
