This course is targeted to help people involved in communication and marketing activities. It will deal with: principles of interpersonal communications, the effective communication, the business communication, the leadership, marketing concepts and theoretical structures, the strategic marketing, the operational marketing

Obiettivo formativo: the course is part of the learning path for the Energy manager, realized within the project E-QUEM (www.e-quem.enea.it) and it is composed by the following resident course (available in this web platform) - Energy, development, environment; - fundamentals of Energy ; - tasks and functions of Energy management expert; - effective use of energy; - renewable energy sources; - energy accounting; - laws, legislations and agreements; - coordination and management; - communication e marketing; - economy and finance.
