Contenuti: The course is structured in 7 modules and a toal of 57 lessons. Conoscenze richieste: eVerdEE, available at www.ecosmes.net, is a WEB-based screening Life Cycle Assessment tool for European Small and Medium sized Enterprises. Its main feature is the adaptation of ISO 14040 requirements to offer easy-to-handle functions with sound scientific bases. The course provides a description of the tool and a step-by-step guide with examples and exercises. A chi è rivolto: Product designers, purchasers and environmental strategists can obtain a basic background knowledge to carry out a study with eVerdEE tool and they can have some suggestions for how to take advantage of study data and final results. LCA practitioners could make use of this course in order to have knowledge of eVerdEE and its applications. The second Section (Inventory) is recommended only for LCA practitioners who want to be be able to self-analyze the environmental performance of products.
